I am a yogurt fan, and No denying it. I indulge strictly in a healthy lifestyle, hence the need for healthy food alternatives to yogurt as well as something that has a high-protein Meal. I have been living in Germany for close to 5 years and I have always taken Quarks, It is not the sound of the Duck. It’s a kind of cottage Cheese. It’s so delicious and something you can eat! What is this Quark Anyway?
Quark is an amazing diary Hybrid, any first-timer taster falls in love with it and wants to make it a daily meal treat. Quark is unique – it’s not yogurt, it’s not cheese. It’s just a bit of the two! It comes with a thicker cream-like consistency, similar to cream cheese. Like yogurt, it’s made from soured milk, but the starter culture used for quark is different and provides a much less sour taste. Like cream or cottage cheese, it’s mild and creamy, but without salt; making a great delish for everyone.

It’s super low in calories, so you can enjoy it without worrying about your waistline. It also offers satiety for a longer period, so you won’t be hungry again for hours! And it’s packed with nutrients that your body craves.
Ingredients
Here is What You Need
- 250g of Quark – No sugar options
- 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp of Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp of Hemp Seeds
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein or chocolate flavour. – Optional
- Sparkling water or Milk of choice is optional- to make it lighter.
- Some dry Fruits- optional based on personal taste.
Put all in a bowl and mix till they form a uniform blend and Voila! food is made. Pack into your favorite food bowl to eat at work when you are short of time. This is a family-friendly healthy meal.
